I help women over 40 feel more vibrant, confident and cared for, inside and out. Many women spend years looking after everyone else and often find themselves at the bottom of their own priority list. My passion is helping them reconnect with themselves through simple self-care practices, natural skincare, and wellbeing experiences that help them reclaim their glow and reignite their energy.
I offer relaxing luxury facials and natural makeup looks, creating space for women to pause, breathe, and invest in themselves for a change.

A Little Reflection on my Tropic Journey
Since starting my Tropic business last August, I’ve realised it has given me so much more than I ever expected.
Of course, the extra income has been a wonderful benefit, but the biggest gifts have been much deeper. It has given me a renewed sense of purpose, a new lease of life, and the opportunity to be part of something truly special.
Perhaps one of the things I value most is finding my tribe — a community of supportive, inspiring women who genuinely want to see each other grow, celebrate each other’s successes, and lift each other up along the way. There is something incredibly powerful about being surrounded by people who believe in you and encourage you to believe in yourself.
Looking back, it’s amazing to see how much has changed. I went from someone whose skincare routine was almost non-existent to someone who now takes ten minutes every morning and evening to pause, breathe, and enjoy a little ritual of self-care. I love using products that are inspired by nature and filled with beautiful botanicals, and I’ve discovered that caring for my skin is about so much more than appearance — it’s about taking time for myself.
I’ve also gone from being someone who rarely thought about skincare and makeup to someone who's trained in several beauty techniques and who loves helping others discover their own natural beauty. Whether it’s providing a luxury relaxing facial, creating a simple, natural makeup look for someone or simply sharing skincare that helps someone feel confident and cared for, I’ve found so much joy in empowering other women.
This journey has reminded me that sometimes saying yes to something new can open doors we never imagined.
For me, Tropic isn’t just about skincare. It’s about confidence, connection, purpose, and helping other women discover what’s possible for them too. 💚

Skin Care Over 40
As women, our relationship with beauty can change as we move through our 40s and beyond. Hormonal changes, ageing skin and shifting priorities can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves.
I’ve learned that natural skincare for women over 40 is about far more than looking good. It’s about caring for our skin, listening to our bodies and giving ourselves permission to make time for ourselves.
Creating a self care routine for women over 40 doesn’t need to be complicated. A few minutes each morning and evening can become a beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
