Debs Natural Wellness is a blog focused on empowering mid-life women with natural wellness tips and information. Our goal is to provide information that helps inspire women to embrace a holistic approach to their well-being, improving mobility, strength, and mental health naturally.

 

I've always been interested in trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle though I have found that quite difficult in many ways. (I have a very sweet tooth and I am not great at maintaining an exercise regime.)

 

I've tried all sorts in the past. My weight has fluctuated though in spite of that I have been fortunate enough to be mostly in good health. I was a psychiatric nurse in a previous life and unfortunately I suffered from neck pain for years due to wear and tear. I had tried Chiropractic, Alexander Technique and Osteopathy and in the last few years I had managed with just needing pain killers every now and again for flare ups. 

 

 As I approached 60 though I knew that it was time to make some changes to ensure that I stay as healthy as possible. A friend introduced me to a natural health technology that has made such a huge difference to me and I will share more about that in my blog.
